Our Mission
Alarine celebrates excellence in dining through transparent, rigorous assessment. Every restaurant we award has been visited multiple times by trained inspectors and assessed to the Selsine Standard.
Independence Pledge
We maintain complete editorial independence. Our inspectors always pay their own way, never accept complimentary meals, and remain anonymous. We do not offer consulting services to restaurants we rate.
The Selsine Standard
All Alarine awards are based on the Selsine Standard, a transparent methodology that evaluates nine dimensions of excellence including product quality, technique, service, consistency, and sustainability.
